Jennifer Perez - Attorney, Offer In Compromise Specialist

History & Experience: Jennifer Perez hails from Chicago, IL, where she developed a die-hard love for the Cubs and Bears. She attended Iowa State University, graduating with a Bachelors in History. She continued her education with her admittance to the law school at Northern Illinois University and was accepted into the Illinois Bar Association promptly after graduating. Jen is currently a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Additional Information: Jennifer spends her free time skiing and camping in Colorado's infamous mountain country, and tends to the needs of her dog, Sadie.

History & Experience: John McGuire was born in Columbus, OH and attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN graduating with honors as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa National Honorary Society. He received his law degree from the University of Denver and has been admitted to the Colorado Bar. As a tax attorney, John has become a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Additional Information: In his spare time, John is an active mountaineer and rock climber and general outdoor enthusiast. He remains loyal to the Ohio State Buckeyes in both football and basketball, and avidly participates in tennis and backpacking at every opportunity.


Warren Brown - Penalty Abatement Specialist, Technical Consultant

History & Experience: Warren is a native of southern Wisconsin, hailing from a far-reaching suburb of Milwaukee. Warren completed his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. He completed a three year tour-of-duty with the Wisconsin Marching Band, attending a Rose Bowl and marching in the Tournament of Roses Parade. Since then, Warren has devoted substantial time to researching and training others in the Internal Revenue Service's penalty abatement provisions and guidelines, and has joined the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Additional Information: Warren devotes his spare time to watching classic cinema, and learning the subtleties of the game of basketball on courts throughout the Denver/Boulder area.


Todd Andreff - Tax Accountant, Certified Tax Preparer

History & Experience: Todd completed his undergraduate work at St. Mary’s College in Santa Barbara, CA with degrees in Philosphy and Accounting. He went on to acquire an Associate's Degree in Accounting at Metro State, in Denver, CO. Continuing with higher education, Todd attended the National Tax Training School in Monsey, NY for graduate studies. He is board certified and recognized by the American Institute of Tax Studies and was also granted membership in the National Society of Public Accounting. Additionally, Todd is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals. His private tax practice has been active in Denver for over 15 years.

Additional Information: When he can, Todd appreciates good wine and companionship. He became an honorary member of the Mescalero-Apache Tribe in 2002 after cooking dinner for hundreds of hungry tribesmen.
